If the caterer does not have a liquor license, the renter will need to purchase a permit independently. Your setup needs are required by the library as soon as possible but no later than three weeks prior to the event.

If the Sponsoring Organization does not wish to use Pequot Library’s equipment, it may provide its own audio/visual equipment, i.e. additional microphones, speakers, laptops, etc. If the equipment is being brought in, it must be set up and disassembled within the allotted rental time. Please describe any extra equipment below:
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and a complete contract are required to confirm your booking. Balance is due four weeks prior to the event. Full payment is required for bookings placed less than four weeks before the event. Special payment schedules may be arranged for multiple uses.
